"Fututure X Cops" is out.
SF big production "Fututure X Cops" 3 minutes bts(behind the scene) got revealed last week, and they recently released a 90 seconds exciting trailer, the video showed great setting and it totally won over the last video they revealed, and it even showed off Andy and DaS romantic kiss for the first time.
This one minute and a half trailer showed off once again "Future X Cops" special effects skills, the future city's setting looking even more great, the very cool looking costumes and every special effect making them look even more realistic and amazing. Ohter than that, the plot is beginning to take shape, moving between an explosive battle between good and evil and romantic love.

Rainie Yang held a press conference
Yesterday, Rainie Yang held a press conference for her new album, announcing that in January of next year she will release her “Ai Mei” single (mini album) in Japan. Her good friend Vivian Hsu congratulated her through a video clip that was recorded earlier. While doing so, she also broke the secret of Rainie’s love and appreciation for V6. FUNKY MONKEY BABYS releasing a new album soon
Popular group FUNKY MONKEY BABYS recently announced that they will release their first best album next year. Currently untitled, the collection will reportedly include all of their singles, from their 2006 debut "Sonomanma Higashi e" to their upcoming "Namida / Yume," as well as their digital-only "Furusato." The album is scheduled to go on sale on February 10.
2009 was a breakthrough year for the group, as they achieved their first #1 album, performed their first Nippon Budokan concert, and received their first Kohaku Uta Gassen invitation.

Popular group Arashi will take over
Starting on the 28th of this month, popular group Arashi will take over Tokyo Metro・Omodesando Station. Posters have been placed inside the station to promote their spring drama special, Saigo no Yakusoku (The Last Promise) airing on Fuji TV January 9th, 2010 at 9:00 pm. Posters are 2.5 meters long by 2.5 meters wide and are wrapped around pillars inside the station.
The suspense drama will follow the lives of five people who happen to be trapped inside a building during a takeover situation. It will depict human relationships between the occupants of the building. The promotional posters feature all five members who have been 'caught'. Furthermore, it is as if they have been tied up tightly against the pillars inside the station, making it a shocking promotional tactic.
Matsumoto Jun (26) said, "In the drama, all five of us are in a hijacking situation, so we decided to 'hijack' Omotesando Station for the New Year. The images of us being trapped in the drama really gives off a grown up feeling. Please don't try to untie us! (laughs)"

The rise in popularity of Van Ness Wu’s current idol drama “Autumn’s Concerto (Next Stop, Happiness)” has been meteoric, yet the data for his next full album release has not been able to achieve such happiness. Neither has he been able to find a music label to be his backer for his upcoming album, leaving him to find “the next stop” for his music.
Back in March of this year, Van Ness signed a two-year deal to produce 20 songs, rumored to have a signing bonus of NT$10 million, but ever since he signed on for his current idol drama, the F4 member has been focusing all his attention on the drama itself. Even though Van Ness has spent time recording for his new album, he hasn’t had time to promote the new album due to his busy idol drama schedule. Because of this, Van Ness and his music label backing ended without penalty, as his manager Katie made the statement, “We broke it off peacefully.”

Hacken Lee special guest in Sammi Cheng's concert
Hacken Lee appeared as a special guest in Sammi Cheng's concert the other night. Tony Leung Ka Fai, Daniel Wu, Chet Lam and Prudence Liew were there to support her too. When Hacken went on stage, Sammi said "You see, I am a lucky star. Every guy artist who had worked with me before are now either dating or married!" Hacken replied "How strange, everytime you hold a concert, I have good news too. My wife wanted to attend your concert to support you each time, but everytime, it is not very convenience. You see, two years ago when you held your concert, she was expecting our first baby. Two years later, you hold another concert and she is expecting our second baby. Twenty-five-year-old actress Gu Hye-sun is at work on her new film Magic [요술] , and has cast her female lead: Seo Hyun-jin, a former pop singer turned actress.
Seo Hyun-jin got her start in 2001 with the SM girl group M.I.L.K, and went on to act in musicals and dramas like Hwang Jini and HIT. She first became friends with Gu back in her singer days, and was featured in Gu’s directorial debut, the short film The Madonna (aka The Cheerful Caretaker).
Magic is Gu Hye-sun’s first feature directorial project, and is set in a music school. Seo plays a genius pianist, and is currently immersed in practicing the instrument. The film will begin filming in mid-January after the male lead is cast.

New movie "Beautiful Mission"
Charlene Choi and Samantha Ko were shooting Wong Jing's new movie "Beautiful Mission". Charlene appears in Police uniform and is hang by wires. A scene requires her to jump on top of a lorry but she didn't use a stunt man. She ended up with bruises on her legs and arms, yet felt pain while being hang by wires. However Charlene was very professional and said "If I didn't have injuries then it wouldn't look real. Earlier I shot a scene hanging from 10 floors of a building. I am afraid of heights and I was scared! But the hardest thing was to not laugh while shooting scenes with Sandra Ng. There is one scene in the movie where I am competing in a beauty pageant and I need to wear a swimsuit and chinese dress. But with a body like mine there is not much to see!".

Pop/rock singer YUI has a new single
Pop/rock singer and songwriter YUI has a new single planned to be released soon: GLORIA, due to hit stores on January 20th.
GLORIA, fully composed and written by YUI herself, has been used as the CM song of Benesse Corporation's "Shinken zemi koukoukouza". It is also her first release since the number one double A-side single It's all too much/Never say die.
Besides the title-song, the single will also come with its instrumental counterpart, the b-side Muffler and an acoustic version of It's all too much. The music video of GLORIA is expected to be featured on the DVD of the limited edition.

Singer and actress Erina Mano (18) will star in a new drama produced by TBS. Titled "Mano Spy," the comedic series features Mano playing herself, but under the fictional premise that she is really an undercover agent from England.

Up-and-coming band flumpool released CD single
Up-and-coming band flumpool has been chosen to do the theme song for the second season of the TBS drama series "Bloody Monday." This is their second tie-in with the series, as their song "Over the rain ~Hikari no Hashi~" was the theme for the first season in 2008.
The new theme song is titled "Zanzou," which will be released as a CD single on February 3. "Over the rain" was only a digital single, but it managed to achieve 1 million downloads.

JAy chou release a new album next year

Show luo new album release soon
Show Luo's newest 7th musical work will start pre-ordering on December 22nd, Golden Typhoon Records Company dropped 30 million TWD on this album, this allowed Show to take a team of people to New York and take photographs as well as film an MV, he had to crazily change into 10 different styles of outfits at a low temperature of under zero degrees celsius, not only did Show get frostbite, it was so cold he couldn't speak right, loudly spoke : "Pig Style English".
Show Luo expressed that being able to travel to New York to have a photoshoot makes him very happy, this time his record company designed ten different models of clothing styles, increasing his level to "accessory category trendy man", only, less than 10 minutes of taking pictures already made his face stiff, four female employees held onto blankets being on call, once the photographer puts down his camera, the four beautiful ladies shoot towards Show like an arrow, making bypassing males stare in envy.
But Show Luo bitterly smiled saying: "They think that being served by four beautiful women must be comfortable, actually that day was very dry so when they touched my body it would often cause a soft electric shock, I was shocked so much that I kept complaining, really wasn't fortunate enough to enjoy it!"
Filming from day to night, Show Luo's ten toes were frozen so stiff that they curled inwards, he jokingly said that it was like binding his feet, sitting in the extra long Cadillac Limousine his record company especially rented for Show for two hours, costing $100,000TWD, his body was able to warm up a little. But with his optimistic personality he didn't forget to find joy in this sorrow, using his "super fast English memorizing method" to turn phrases he often hears like "Something Like That" into "Shang Xin Lai Le (Heart Break Has Come)"; "God Bless You" was turned into a Taiwanese version "Ji Ka Pi Xiu (One Paper Box)", everyone convulsed in laughter, he successfully helped the employees forget about the cold.

Yesterday, Anson Hu and Cyndi Wang held a mini-concert in front of Taipei Station, where it was slightly snowing in 10º C weather. Special guest Zhang Yun Jing brought them ice cream. The three were shivering while eating the dessert. Luckily, their fans’ enthusiasm was enough to “warm up” their closed vocal chords.
Anson Hu, who has released his “Unemployment Love Song” album, and Cyndi Wang, who simultaneously released “Heart to Heart”, collaborated together to host a small mini-concert. Unfortunately, they met with the cold. When Zhang Yun Jing came up to present the ice cream, both artists yelped: “Do you want us to become snowmen or our throats to close up?” The three colleagues huddled together against the wind, using up 8 hand-warmers in total.
Cyndi Wang took the stage first, bringing along dancers who each weighed over 120 kg to perform “Heart to Heart”. She laughed: “Together our total weight is almost 300 kg. It feels as if the stage is continuously shaking. But then I’m lucky to have these two ‘fatties’ by my side. Then I can still feel some warmth in this cold.”

New film from Andy lau " Future X-Cops "
Romantic-scientific film Future X-Cops which boast a cast of Andy Lau, Barbie Hsu, Fan Bingbing and Xu Jiao, it will open in the cinemas on 5 February 2010, its unique theme and top rated production made it the most anticipated film during the Chinese New Year holidays. Being his first film after his announced marriage, Future X-Cops has a different meaning for Andy. Being his first film after his marriage, Andy’s character is a brave,upright cop and full of responsibility father. In this new film directed by Wong Jing, Andy is a cop whom time travel from 2085 to 2010, collaborating with Fan Bingbing, Barbie Hsu and Xu Jiao, these actresses came from Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong respectively.

"Never Ending love Concert" from "Air Supply"
"Air Supply" will be performing "Never Ending love Concert" again in Wan Chai Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center tonight due to overwhelming demand. As this is their second concert in Hong Kong this year, Graham and Russell feel a bit strange. They reckoned it is for the love of Hong Kong. They have been busy rehearsing for tonight's concert, but managed to find time to speak to the media. The three Miss Hong Kong were out to greet them too. They told reporter although they have been to Hong Kong so many times, they get excited each time they come to HK, in particular, the shopping. Teen singing sensation Charice beat Whitney Houston, James Taylor, Michael Bublé, Journey and the Black Eyed Peas to cop the “Best Oprah Show Musical Performance” honor.
The 17-year-old was the runaway winner in the online poll on Oprah.com as she received 70% of the votes for her “Note to God” performance.
“Note to God” is her debut international single which she launched on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” on May 18. The song, written by Diane Warren and produced by David Foster, peaked at No. 35 in the Canadian Hot 100 and No. 44 in the US Billboard Hot 100.
The Black Eyed Peas, meantime, got 9% of the votes for their “I Gotta Feelin’” kickoff party performance.

Jolin Tsai will be at Taiwan and will meet Jay Chou
Jolin Tsai’s vacation has come to an end, and she has returned back to Taiwan earlier than planned. She will resume work on the 20th, and will meet Jay Chou; ‘Double J’ will be on the same stage once again!
Jolin headed to Canada for a vacation, and she stayed in Montreal learning French, and experienced the simple life of a student. During her trip, she stayed by herself in a small hotel. From her plane ticket to accommodation to her 3-week tuition lessons, which cost over NT$20,000, she racked up a total of NT$200,000 during her 40-day vacation.
As for whether she had any love affairs, she replied sadly: “Nope, there were a lot of people who came up to me asking for directions, Japanese, French, Korean, American etc but they were all elderly men and women.” And when she was recognized by others, Jolin refused to admit her identity and would lie: “Many people say I look like her, but I’m really not Jolin!”
Initially, she planned on resuming work at the end of the month, but she has cut her vacation short, and will head to Beijing on the 20th to attend an awards ceremony, and coincidentally will be on the same stage with Jay Chou.

Kim Jeong-hoon release two album
Korean Wave star Kim Jeong-hoon is set to release a solo debut album in Japan today, according to his agency Mersenne on Wednesday.
The singer's new album "All I Can See Is You" is a Japanese version of his solo album "In Your Eyes", which was released in Korea on September 1 and sold over 20,000 copies.
"This solo debut album did very well although it was released after Kim entered the military," an official at Mersenne was quoted as saying. "The Japanese fans kept requesting that we release it in Japan, so we produced the Japanese version."

Started filming "New Shaolin Temple" since October
The film "New Shaolin Temple" starring Jackie Chan, Andy Lau, Nicholas Tse and Fan Bing Bing has started filming since October. Before they started shooting, director Benny Chan invited Master Wing Chi from Shaolin Lohan School to come over to Hong Kong to coach Andy the "Shaolin Seven Star Boxing". In fact, Andy had already watched the basic steps and movement two months beforehand until master Wing came to Hong Kong. Andy and Master Wing's disciple Xing-yu practiced "Shaolin Seven Star Boxing together. After a few days, Andy has mastered the art and made very good progress.
Andy wanted to have a better understanding of Shaolin kung fu and also wanted to play an active role in his part of the film. Ella collaborated with Xiao Xiao Bin in ‘Down With Love’ and she revealed that in the past, she wasn’t very good at dealing with children, and only liked babies. But after filming with Xiao Xiao Bin, she felt that he is very sensible and thoughtful, making Ella want to have 2 or 3 Xiao Xiao Bin’s.

Born Rich officially finished airing
On Sunday December 13, 2009 grand product, Born Rich officially finished airing. While the drama's overall ratings were average, Nancy Sit still had the heart to invite the entire cast for dinner with 13 tables of guests to watch the Born Rich finale episode together. Last night every one except Joe Ma, Kenix Kwok and Gallen Lo, majority of Born Rich's crew members showed up for dinner including Ray Lui, Anita Yuen, Jamie Chik and Nancy Sit. This dinner was planned by Nancy Sit as the owner of the restaurant also wanted to celebrate their success. Originally it was only supposed to be 6 tables but more people were invited and had to add tables. Although ratings in Hong Kong were only moderate but in GuangZhou the drama was ranked at No.1. When she went to Beijing, she found she had many new fans and often referred to her by her character's name (Mu Ma or Mu Jeh!), making her very happy. When asked about the differences in ratings, she replied "Ratings are a matter of timing, preferences and viewership. The cast was very strong and extensive, what matters is that everyone was happy." When asked about the rumour of the cast re-collaborating, she replied that she would like to but she had worked lined up until September of 2010.
Elva Hsaio have her performance for New Year’s Eve
Elva Hsaio has been practicing hard for her performance for New Year’s Eve. Her friend of more than 10 years, Van Ness Wu, visited her in the studio and brought chocolates and amethyst. The crew furiously forbade her to eat them, but when Van Ness tried to feed her a small piece of chocolate in his hand, she almost bit his whole hand off!
Because Van Ness is spending New Year’s in the United States with his family, he will be unable to attend Elva’s performance. Ebisu Muscats release their first CD 2010
Ebisu Muscats, a group composed of 25 AV and gravure idols, will release their first CD next year. The single is titled "Banana Mango High School / 12 no 34 de Naite with Namida 4 Shimai" and will go on sale February 17, 2010.
The group was first formed on the late-night TV Tokyo variety show "Onegai! Muscat," which aired from April 2008 to March 2009. Featuring adult actresses and idols in various skits and games, the program was renewed under the name "Onedari!! Muscat" and has been on the air since April 2009.

‘The Treasure Hunter’ premiered on the 9th
Emperor Motion Pictures’s action film ‘The Treasure Hunter’ premiered on the 9th of December in China. According to China Film Group’s spokesperson, the film did extremely well at box office on the first day. In just half a day, it reached $7.83million RMB, beating ‘Storm Warriors II’s $5million who was released in the same week and the previous similar genre ‘National Treasure 2’s $4million.

Gillian Chung new song "Thinking"
Gillian Chung went to a radio station to promote her new song "Thinking" yesterday. She felt it was quite special collaborating with Ben Chong and MC Jin for the first time. She also felt her dancing was different to her past performances. The reporter asked if she will choose to go down the dancing route? She said "I learned dancing for a while and I would feel it be a waste if I didn't dance. I didn't think too much yet people won't ask if the lyrics are related because it's a fast tempo song. People will focus on my dancing. The song is for an advertisement therefore the lyrics are related to it".
In addition, Gillian revealed that her solo EP will be released next month. "I am very nervous. When it is released I will be shooting a Mainland series. I will portray 2 roles that go back in the future. This is why I am promoting my songs now. I have recorded everything and even shot the album cover". She feels that pressure is given by herself and will not think too much. She just hopes to do her best and will not compare herself to Charlene's good album sales.

F.I.R new album "Let's Smile! (讓我們一起微笑吧)"
F.I.R. has been formed for 5 years and held a hot-air balloon promotion for their "Let's Smile! (讓我們一起微笑吧)" album pre-order a few days ago. For this event, Real (阿沁) even went and skipped a meal to reduce his weight in hopes that they'll successfully rise into the air. The wind ended up being too big though and their hot air balloon could only leave the ground for half a person's height.
The music company wanted the hot air balloon to symbolise how their album sales will shoot up. There is a weight limit set for each hot air balloon and F.I.R members add up to roughly 180kg. With the addition of an instructor, they were slightly over the 200kg limit.
Originally, the company planned for the three to control the hot air balloon themselves but Faye immediately objected. Real thus tried to go on a weight loss, seeing that a 1kg loss will mean 1kg extra safety. Their plan was to rise up to 30m above.
Unfortunately, the weather was not with them that day. The music company spent three hundred thousand on renting the space, hot air balloon and all the additional decorations but the wind ended up being too strong. The professional instructor estimated that it wasn't suitable for the hot air balloon to rise up.
Faye immediately smiled when she heard the news "Great! We don't have to fly up! I saw the hot air balloon drifting earlier and it looks dangerous." In the end, the hot air balloon could only leave the ground for a few inches. The symbolic meaning was achieved. Faye still kept shouting "So scary! Don't rise it anymore!"
This new album is to commemorate F.I.R's fifth year of formation and Real expressed that "We went through much storms and hurricane as we progressed this 5 years. But everything will brighten up. No amount of words can beat a simple smile."
Thus he and the designer created 5 types of "Smile Badge" to give out as pre-order gifts and also for their promotion clothes. The new album pre-orders begin on the 11th and the actual release will be on the 25th.

Miura Haruma and Sato Takeru will release a DVD
The very busy and extremely popular actors Miura Haruma and Sato Takeru will release a DVD titled 'HT ～N.Y.の中心で、鍋をつつく～ / HT ～N.Y. no Chushin-de Nabe o Tsutsuku～ [lit. 'Eating Japanese Hot Pot (Stew) in the Middle of New York']'. It shows a trip they took to New York which doubled as their summer holiday. Miura Haruma became popular for appearing in the drama/movie 'ごくせん / Gokusen', while Sato Takeru gained fame for his role in the drama/movie 'ROOKIES'. The two became good friends after costarring in the 2008 drama 'ブラッディ・マンデイ / Bloody Monday'. They often enjoy eating 'nabe (鍋; Japanese hot pot or stew)' together, and also compete with each other as rival actors.
In the DVD, the two enjoy their first trip to New York by visiting such places as Central Park and Times Square. The DVD is packed with rare footage of their genuine reactions; fans will get to see them being astonished and excited at every stop. People who watch the DVD will also get to hear their honest thoughts on a variety of subjects as they walk around the streets of New York. Because of their heightened popularity it would have been extremely difficult if they had tried to do the same in Japan.

With news that Park JungAh and Seo In Young leaving group Jewelry, there are speculations that SuperStar K Park SaeMin will join the group as a new member.
The Star Empire representative revealed on 11th December, “Park JungAh and Seo In Young will end their promotions as part of Jewelry with the group’s 6th repackaged album ‘Love Story’. We will be looking for new members for the group, and they will have a comeback next year.”
After which, much attention was put on SuperStar K Park SaeMi as the possible candidate to join Jewelry. It was known that Park SaeMi recently signed with Star Empire after the audition show and is preparing for her debut.

Pop star Kumi Koda (27) has just started her 10th year since her debut, and she has already announced a new album for next year. In fact, it will be a combined release of her 3rd best album and 8th original album, appropriately titled BEST ~third universe~ & 8th AL "UNIVERSE."
The release consists of 2 discs: one is the 16-song collection "BEST ~third universe~" while the other is a new original album called "UNIVERSE." The latter is expected to contain 13 tracks such as "Lick Me" and her upcoming single "Can We Go Back," including 8 new songs.
The albums will be sold in a standard 2CD edition, a 2CD+DVD edition (expected to include 18 video clips), and a 2CD+chaku-uta edition (which lets the buyer download the chaku-uta versions of all songs on the original album).

Lin Jun Jie releasing his album "Hundred Days"
JJ Lin Jun Jie filmed an MV for his new song and grandly showed his piano playing talent. Besides having a "four hand piano duet" with female lead Shara Lin Yi Xin, he also turned into a crazy piano player and agitatedly played the piano alone. In the end, he got too engross in playing the piano and accidentally fell, causing injury and "seeing red".
JJ is soon releasing his 7th album "Hundred Days" and after having been through coughing out blood and lost of voice which resulted in him returning to Singapore for a 100 day recuperation, he's treasuring everything even more now.
When filming the MV for "The Nth 100 days", the director found Shara Lin from the movie "Summer Time" to be the female lead of the MV. As there are scenes of JJ playing the piano, the director casually asked if Shara knew how to play "Little Bee (小蜜蜂)", wannting to see if she could pretend and then act out the scene. It turned out that she could fluently play a Mozart's piece, surprising the director and JJ. She turned out to have graduated from the music faculty of her university and has great piano playing skill. The director thus immediately added in scenes of them sweet playing a "four hand duet" together.
JJ is soon releasing his 7th album "Hundred Days" and after having been through coughing out blood and lost of voice which resulted in him returning to Singapore for a 100 day recuperation, he's treasuring everything even more now.
When filming the MV for "The Nth 100 days", the director found Shara Lin from the movie "Summer Time" to be the female lead of the MV. As there are scenes of JJ playing the piano, the director casually asked if Shara knew how to play "Little Bee (小蜜蜂)", wannting to see if she could pretend and then act out the scene. It turned out that she could fluently play a Mozart's piece, surprising the director and JJ. She turned out to have graduated from the music faculty of her university and has great piano playing skill. The director thus immediately added in scenes of them sweet playing a "four hand duet" together.

GTV's idol drama "Hi My Sweetheart" held a celebration party for finish filming. Due to last week's high rating making a record, the producer at the spot booked Rainie and Show's time slot for a drama next year and also requested to the two that were preparing their new albums to be their concert guest. Myolie Wu first mini concert on this sunday
Myolie Wu has just launched her brand new album and she is extremely busy for the album promotion as well as the promotion for the series "A Chip Off The Old Block". Myolie will be hosting her first mini concert this Sunday. She has been practicing her song and dance and hopes she will look her best for her fans in the concert. Myolie told reporter "I am well prepared for the concert, I need to look my best for my fans. Apart from dancing, I shall perform a lot of songs of course. I am worried I may get stage fright, therefore I bought a Hi-Fi a while ago so that I can practice my singing at home whenever I can. That way I can familiarize the lyrics and also I can assess my own performance." The reporter asked Myolie if she is getting anxious ? Myolie replied that she is coping quite well, but worried about the dancing part. She went on to say "I am not worried about the singing because most of them are my own songs, not many songs are from other singers. I will dance for 2-3 minutes in the mini concert. I have been rehearsing very hard because I am worried I may forget the steps. Dancing is not my strong point."

Premiere of "Public Enemies"
Hollywood star Johnny Depp is back in Tokyo this week to promote his latest movie. His sixth visit to Japan, and first in two years, is to promote today's Japan premiere of "Public Enemies," though it's doubtful he'll actually watch it. Depp (46) said Wednesday he was drawn to the movie because of his childhood interest in John Dillinger, the bank robber who in Depression-era America was declared public enemy No. 1 by federal authorities. Depp, on the other hand, was named 2009's "Sexiest Man Alive" by People magazine, said he did not believe he had any enemies. "The scariest enemy is within, allowing yourself to conform to what is expected of you." He acknowledged another connection to Dillinger in that his own grandfather was engaged in moonshining, the illegal liquor business, in Kentucky during the Depression.

Upcoming movie "Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo"
Popular band Ikimono Gakari has been chosen to do the theme song and an insert song for the upcoming live-action movie "Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo," scheduled for release in March 2010.
Adapted from Yasutaka Tsutsui's novel of the same name, the film stars Riisa Naka (20) as a young woman who travels back in time to find her mother's first love. The movie also features Narumi Yasuda, Akiyoshi Nakao, Munetaka Aoki, Anna Ishibashi, Yuya Matsushita, Masanobu Katsumura, and Kanji Ishimaru.

Bernice Liu appear in a slimming brand product
The other day Bernice Liu shot many advertisement photos as the spokesperson of a slimming brand product. She wore 5 different outifts including a summer look top and low cut sexy evening gown. One of the evening gowns specifically showed off her chest and long pair of legs.

Although the temperature was around 17 degrees Bernice still insisted to wear the thin layered outfits for the shoot. Not only did the crew turn off the air conditioning but also gave her a cup of hot coffee to keep her warm. Bernice said "Actually I am not afraid of the cold. I am most afraid of the photographer shooting pictures of my toes because they became swollen and bruised while I shot the fighter movie. They look very ugly". Fortunately the crew arranged dark colored nail varnish to cover the bruises.
In addition, Bernice expressed that not only is she satisfied with her earnings but they have increased. She said "I am very happy shooting this advertisement. Upcoming drama "Indigo no Yoru"
A new boy band has formed for the upcoming drama series "Indigo no Yoru," which was announced by Fuji TV last month. Dubbed "INDIGO 4," the group consists of four actors appearing in the drama.
The series is based on a novel by Miaki Kato about an unusual host club whose employees solve mysterious cases. Four of the actors playing hosts on the show are Kosei Amano (31), Akihiro Mayama (21), and twins Manpei and Shinpei Takagi (24). These four will together make their singing debut as the INDIGO 4 unit.
Their first single is titled "Kokoro -Dear my friends-," an R&B tune that will be used as the drama's theme song. The single is scheduled to go on sale on February 24.
"Indigo no Yoru" begins its broadcast run on January 5, airing on weekday afternoons. A stage version featuring the same main cast begins in April.

Johnny's Entertainment group V6 is in taipei
Johnny's Entertainment group V6 were in Taipei for concerts on the 21st last month. Fans were upset over the seating arrangements made by the concert organizers. Arguments escalated and fans began complaining online to the Consumer Protection Commission.
For their part in the dispute, Super Dome President Hou Wen Yin offers her apology to the fans. She stated that the seat changes where done at the request of Johnny's. Nothing was done intentionally. The organization had already apologized to the affected fans on the day of the concert. As fans are not seeking monetary compensation, they are at loss as to how to solve the problem. She stated that if fans were able to prove they suffered losses, Super Dome will try to come up with a solution.
A fan by the name of Ms. Lau stated that she and her friends bought tickets for Level 3, Section I, Row 3. Upon entering, staff informed them that because extra filming equipment was needed, their seats had been switched to Section H, Row 15. Disputes ensued afterwards.
"It was a scam!" stated Ms. Lau. Although the price for both sections were the same, the way Taipei Arena is shaped, there is a steep incline within Level 3. From Row 5 onwards, the spaces between the rows also increase, making it difficult for the audience seated there to view the stage clearly.
Afterwards, Ms. Lau went online and found out that Section A, B, I and J in Level 3 were all affected by the seat change. Ms. Lau asks, "who will compensate me for the show?" There were many who lined up overnight to buy tickets. After waiting seven years for V6 to come to Taiwan again, it was unfortunate it had to end like that.
Ms. Lau stated that organizers should have provided better seats as they were the ones that enforced the seat change. Instead, they gave fans worse seats. She says "I saw concerts in Japan over the past 10 years and never heard anything like this". Ms. Lau also said that the areas affected by the seat change were covered in black cloth for half of the concert. Filming only occurred midway through the show. Thus the 'filming equipment' excuse was not very convincing. However, her request for a refund has not been acknowledged yet.

Namie Amuro new album "PAST < FUTURE."
On December 16, pop star Namie Amuro will release her next album, titled "PAST < FUTURE." In connection with the album, she has just announced a lengthy nationwide tour for 2010, which will keep her busy with 73 concerts over the course of 8 months.

Wonder Girls first album in US soon
The Wonder Girls, who are currently in the US, will be introducing their first album in US soon. With Dave Steward and company invited to join in the production of this album, it is due to be released in February 2010.
On 5 Dec US time, US’ famous music producer Dave Steward posted a photo of him and the Wonder Girls on twitter in the production of their album, and introduced his collaboration with the Wonder Girls , “Always Without Me”, to be released in the Wonder Girl’s US debut album.
The representative of JYPE has also acknowledged the fact of this collaboration, and that the Wonder Girls feel honored to be able to work with Dave, and has decided to make this album one of their best. Cyndi Wang Xin Ling MV hit song "I'm fine, what about you?"
Cyndi Wang Xin Ling filmed the MV for her 3rd hit song "I'm fine, what about you?" in her newly released album "H2H (心電心)" and invited newcomer actor Wang Bo Chieh from "Winds of September" to star in the MV and act together. The MV depicts a touching story of how two lovers are faced with a crossroad in life and has no choice but to separate. The two of them had an outstanding performance and Wang Bo Chieh got so agitated that he kept banging the walls while Cyndi's crying scenes show her almost makeup-less. She was so involved that she cried for nearly an hour and the producer nearby also couldn't help but start crying. The director Bi Mi Jia kept muttering good and expressed that he hopes to cut a mini movie clip instead.
Cyndi also revealed that when she was talking with her close female friends, they unanimously agreed that when woman breakup with their boyfriends, there will be three types of greatest pain and they're "Having to change your king-size bed's bedsheet by yourself. The mattress isn't something a woman can lift by herself.", "At night, your ceiling's lights suddenly start flashing. You're scared but you can only change it by yourself.", "Living alone by yourself in an unfamiliar place. When you fall sick, there's no one to take care of you!"
During the filming day, Cyndi and Bo Chieh immediately had intimate scenes after they first met. The director Bi Mi Jia planned several sweet actions that happen between couples such as the two going horse riding and fighting, sharing a bowl of noodles and even intimate actions on the bed. The original plan was just for touch and go actions. In one particular room scene, the director's initial arrangement was that the two will lie on bed to portray the sweet moments that take place between couples and Bo Chieh will slowly move towards Cyndi. The two will then stare deeply into each others' eyes. The director suddenly said "Bo Chieh, move closer. Even closer. Kiss Cyndi.". This shocked the two of them who had no mental preparation for a kiss. Although they still tried to appear calm and continue on with the performance, when Bo Chieh really moved to kiss Cyndi, she ended up bursting out in laughters. "We just met. This is really embarrassing!" After that scene, Bo Chieh told Cyndi that "I'm actually more embarrass and nervous because its my first on-screen kiss..." Cyndi also went red in the face and shyly said "Its my first kiss in an MV too! But I took his first screen kiss, how should I make it up to him!"

The director was so stunned and had to keep comforting her and pull back the two of them from their intense emotions. Golden Melody Award next year
Jolin Tsai Yi Lin, Jam Hsiao Jing Teng, F.I.R, Khalil Fang Da Tong, Huang Hsiao Hu etc all belong to the Warner Music and has been confirmed to be not registering for the Golden Melody Award next year. The president of the Asian area Chen Ze Shan expressed "The problem with Golden Melody Award has not been settled for years. The categories are unclear and the judging isn't standardised. Thus, we will not be submitting any entries, an attempt to get the Government Information Office to focus on this issue."

Han Ye-seul meet the Hollywood producer

Ahn Byung-ki, who helmed the original version of "Phone" and has also been set to act as the director for the remake, had announced that it is highly likely a Korean actress will be cast for the Hollywood version.

"Looking for Anne" won top prizes in singapore
Japanese film "Looking for Anne" won the top prizes Friday at the Asian Festival of First Films in Singapore. The festival (Nov 29 - Dec 3) also awarded four honors to "For Real" and its Indian-born, director-producer-screenwriter Sona Jain.
The story of a Japanese girl on a quest to find the truth behind "Anne of Green Gables," "Looking for Anne" won prizes as best film and as best director for Takao Miyahira.
The only English-language picture in the competition and a story of a small girl who fantasizes that her mother is an alien, "For Real," enjoyed wins for Zoya S. Hasan and Sriharsh Sharma Churai as best actor and best actress respectively and for Jain as best producer. Jain, backed by Ira Deutschmann's New York-based Emerging Pictures, also shared the screenwriting prize with Avantika Hari and Vivek Agrawal writers of "Land Gold Woman."

The trio’s new album [Rang Wo Men Yi Qi Wei Xiao Ba/Let’s Smile Together] will be released on Christmas Day, the 25th. Amidst the breakup rumors, F.I.R.’s first title song [We Are] dispels such rumors and states once again that “We are F.I.R.” Their record company invited up-and-coming director Chen Ying Zhi to direct the MV and spent much money to create a exotic environment on Yang Ming Mount. This song is a combination of English rock and a dreamy tone. It is a song to satisfy fans’ relentless wait of 2 years.
Before filming, F.I.R. was very excited. But during filming, they got to the site at 4 am in the morning. The temperature was below 10º Celsius. Faye, who wore a thin long dress, shivered while complaining: “Female stars are quite unlucky. They always have to wear thin layers. Can someone sew on some sleeves for me?”
The director dug a big hole, creating a huge white-colored entrance to the hole. He asked F.I.R. to climb from the hole in order to depict a rebirth. "Nanase Futatabi The Movie" open next June
Actress Ashina Sei (26) is going to play the lead in "Nanase Futatabi The Movie" that is scheduled to open next June. Konaka Kazuya will take the director’s seat and bring this monumental sci-fi novel of Tsutsui Yasutaka to the big screen. It’s rather a surprise to see this work being turned into a movie, but with Ashina they got an actress who perfectly fits into the role of the young woman who can read the minds of the people around her.
Tsutsui’s "Nanase Futatabi" (Nanase Once More) and "Toki o Kakeru Shōjo" (The Girl Who Leapt Through Time) are both considered as masterpieces among sci-fi novels. Nanase Futatabi tells the story of a young woman called Nanase who has the ability to read the thoughts of the people around here. She starts to meet other people with similar abilities and eventually ends up fighting against an organization that tries to hunt down all of those gifted people. There are already 4 doramas who adapted this storyline for the TV, but it’s the first time we get to see it as a movie.
For the producers it’s been a long process to turn this novel into a movie and they almost gave up on this idea. The biggest problem has been to find the right person for the leading role. "We want to stay as faithful to the original as possible." However, after more than 20 years of pursuing the plan to make the movie, they’ve finally found the perfect actress to play the role of Nanase.
Nanase was born with her supernatural abilities and therefore she had to experience a lot of difficulties and distress. Until the end she stays this cool beauty that she is, but not everyone can play such a role. That’s also the reason why all the dorama adaptions so far made her character into a very young and sweet girl, including the most recent one (Fall 2008) with Renbutsu Misako as Nanase.
Now thanks to picky producers we can finally see an adaption that will hopefully stay faithful to the original. Ashina Sei is an actress, but thanks to her other career as a model she adds a lot of style to the role. Her beautiful long black hair fits perfectly and her sad expressions are top-notch. "There is no better Nanase than Ashina."
Tsutsui is satisfied with their choice as well. "Of all the Nanase’s I’ve seen so far, she is the closest to the actual Nanase. When you look at her you can feel strength and dignity, that’s exactly how Nanase should be like." Ashina herself also talked a bit about this difficult role. "Nanase doesn’t think of her power as something special anymore. She doesn’t get surprised or amazed by her abilities, instead she feels like ‘Let’s just do it again…’ . I tried to convey those kind of feelings when playing as Nanase. The movie itself turned out as an absolutely fast-paced and thrilling experience from beginning to end without giving you even a single break to rest."
Let’s see it for ourselves when it opens in 6-7 months from now.

Yoga Lin's new album
Yoga Lin's new album has been selling very well and his good mood has led to him having a larger appetite now. After two months of promotion, his weight has rose by 3kg and the originally loose publicity outfit is seemingly tight now. This threw his music company into a panic, calling for him to control his food intake and stop "eating all that you see".
Last month, when Yoga was attending events, he weighted roughly 64kg and even joked that he hope to be able to progress towards a "healthy" 70kg. This plan is in the midst of being achieved but just a gain of 3kg has already resulted in the music company calling for a stop. Yoga has been busy with his album promotion and his exercising time has thus been compromised. His appetite has also greatly increased and he will now occasionally eat two hamburgers a meal, scaring the workers. They kept warning him that he must at least wait till his promotion period has ended before gaining weight or the 30 promotion clothes that were specially made will no longer be able to fit.
To prevent his weight from continuing to rise, Yoga Lin has been making use of the free time between promotion to kick jianzi in the company, doing some sports. Privately, Yoga tends to stay at home more and he has been making use of the blender his mom gave him to make juice, so that he can control his diet without any lost of nutrients. He laughed and said that the blender was publicised as "able to blend anything". He originally planned on using it to make pumpkin soup but because of his poor culinary skills, he has given up. "I once tested the true abilities of the blender. I dumped enokitake and cabbage inside to try to blend before and it wasn't able to crush them up at all."

Votes for Yahoo! 2009 Asia Buzz Award have ended
Million Stars’ Aska Yang, Dennis Sun and Jam Hsiao took the first three places for the male category, beating out Wang Lee Hom, Show Luo and Jay Chou. “Dove King” Aska Yang and “Master Jing” Zhang Yun Jing respectively took Taiwan polls’ first place for the male and female categories. On December 11th, both artistes will come to receive their awards.
18 days into the polls, many artiste management companies received invitations to appear at the awards ceremony. But because of “lacking” voting results for their artistes, companies refused the invitations. Yahoo announced: “On the 11th, we will also give out awards in categories not determined by voting so we invited many artistes. To this point, we cannot confirm who will come.” Yahoo also stated that they strongly hoped for Aska Yang and Zhang Yun Jing to come. This would be the first time for the popularity kings /queens of “One Million Star” and “Super Idol” to be on the same stage.
But what caused controversy was that the Yahoo polls did not limit the number of votes netizens had. Each netizen could vote once every hour for their idol. Jay Chou and Lin Chi Ling will at Hong Kong to promote
In the movie "The Treasure Hunter", with the design of action director Tony Ching, Lin Chi Ling not only tries out being a fighting girl for the first time she also goes crazy fighting, in the movie she suddenly becomes "fierce", so much so that her opponent Jay Chou almost cannot handle it. In order to be even more into the performance, in one of the scenes where she goes crazy, Lin Chi Ling throws out all her usual cuteness, in front of everyone's eyes was a crazy woman that no one could have ever imagined. Chiling's full on performance even made Jay Chou say: "When filming this scene, it seemed like Chiling became someone else completely, I was really shocked by her. Group 2AM and singer JOO will have their comeback early next year.
Singer producer Park JinYoung wrote on JYP Entertainment’s official homepage on 2nd December talking about his own singer comeback as well as this piece of news.
He revealed that he is working on 2AM and JOO’s album currently. He said, “Early next year, 2AM and JOO whom everyone is waiting for will release their albums.”
He added, “Previously many thought that 2AM’s music style was a little monotonous, I’m working on this with the other producers currently and I hope that everyone will be a little more patient about their album. It will be a really satisfactory album since there are composers who are better than me working on the album.”
“As for JOO, even though she released an album a year back, due to her personal request for more training, the album is delayed. She has been training with the other trainee the past year. You will be shocked to hear her vocals capabilities.”
Meanwhile, Park Jin Young releases his new album on 1st December titled ‘Sad Freedom’ and is currently promoting the title song ‘No Love No More’.

Release Album "Music Life (失业情歌) by Anson Hu
On December 8, Anson Hu will be releasing his newly composed album "Music Life (失业情歌), after a 2 year break. Yesterday, Anson invited a group of fans to bake cookies together and share the joy.
Anson's new album "Music Life"'s first hit song is also called "Music Life" and it expresses the feelings of a male who lost both his career and love at the same time, facing great pressure from both areas. Anson shared that the idea for composing such a song came from the current economic shift. Alot of his friends or classmates were affected by the recession, some had a salary cut while some were unemployed. The people who faced the biggest setback were those who lost both their career and love at the same time. Thus, he had the impulse to write such a song, hoping that those who went through similar experiences could let go of their anguish through this song and find the courage to start over again.
Anson expressed that alot of his fans were of the same age group as him and accompanied him in growing up. "They heard my songs as they progressed from high school to university and then out to society. Now that the economy is so bad, alot of them are facing immense stress from their work and daily life. Although the economic recession brought about lots of pressure and trouble, we still have to live our life. Losing your work is unimportant, what matters most is to not lose your confidence and courage. You will succeed one day." About balancing career and work, reality and idealism, Anson felt that sometimes, a real true love is much more important than work. "If you lose your job, you can find a new one by putting in all your efforts. A good relationship might only come by once in your lifetime though and once you lose it, you might never find it back again."

"Radio Star" concert by SS501
Members of Korean idol group SS501 opened up about their rumored summer romance earlier this year, explaining the truth behind paparazzi shots taken of them and two women in Hong Kong on a talkshow last night.
The five members appeared together on MBC's "Golden Fishery - Radio Star" on Wednesday and addressed rumors over a photo showing two of the group's members, Kim Hyun-joong and Heo Young Saeng, meeting up with two women and catching a taxi with them in August.
Heo said the women were "just close friends who live in Hong Kong" and Kim explained, "We went to Lan Quai Fong, the trendiest area in Hong Kong, and it turned out to be a place with the most paparazzi."
The five-member boy band debuted in 2005 with single "Warning" and have been active in Korea and Japan, releasing numerous albums both as a group and also pursuing individual careers such as acting and appearing in variety shows.
The group made a comeback to the music scene last month with their second mini-album "REBIRTH" which topped various music charts.
