TVB new series Ladder to Heaven

Moses Chan, Aimee Chan, Maggie Cheung and Joel Chan were at the costume fitting for TVB new series Ladder to Heaven. Following the love sparks from The War at Heart, Moses and Aimee, unfortunately were still unable to play a couple in this series. In the series, Moses is romantically linked with Maggie and Aimee has a rape scene with KK Cheung. The two were miserably broken apart by Producer Lee Tim Shing.

Moses laughed: "It is already pretty good that we get to collaborate, I don't feel it's a pity. (Will you tell KK to be lenient on her?) KK is good, I believe he'll look out for her too, no need to tell him. (Will you tryout the scene yourself first?) Choi! Touch wood! (Will you be on the set to supervise?) No, that will just interfere with the shoot, I don't want to distract anyone. In fact, I am already happy to be able to collaborate with her and I will focus on my own acting."

Aimee said she plays a maid and this will be the most miserable role she had so far. She'll get sold to serve KK and gets raped by him. Asked if she's afraid her performance will cause unhappiness for Moses? Aimee said: "Why would he be unhappy? Actually this is the happiest because there are many of them I have collaborated with before and the role is different this time. (Not afraid Moses might get jealous?) No, it's just acting. (Will you tell Moses to tryout the scene with you first?) I will not answer such a naughty question."

It is Joel Chan's official first day back at work after his relationship with Stanley Ho's daughter Florinda came to light. For the series, Joel gained some weight and grew a mustache to match his wealthy businessman role. However, it is not known if TVB is trying to play games with him by pairing him up with an attractive Samantha Ko, rumors can easily stir up anytime. Samantha plays Joel's 3rd wife, which is the same exact role as his girlfriend's mother Ina Chan status in real life.

Joel was asked if he felt TVB is playing games with him? He said: "No such thing. The script was decided by the scriptwriter and producer. The actors are just to do what actors are suppose to do. There series also does not have anything reflecting real life. This time, the wealthy businessman I play is a man mature and a little chubby on the outside. I have currently gained just about the right pounds."

Beakdown of series "民國恩仇錄"

Prepared to be a bride, Sonija Kwok was shooting for a Mainland series in Shanghai yesterday and encountered an accident on the set. A minute before the accident, she was sitting by the toppling tower and was able to get away just in time after the staff told her to. Unexpectedly, the tower collapsed in a blink of an eye. She was very fortunately to have escape just in time, but according to news, there was about 21 cast and crew injured on the set. Four of them were critically injured. The incident is currently under investigation.

Yesterday afternoon, Sonija wrote on Weibo sharing her eye witnessed collapsing tower accident. She said: "I'm still panicking. Just a minute before the tower collapsed, I was sitting near the area. The heavens sent out an angel -- our makeup artist -- it was only [he/she] that called me back in to sit in the house was I able to escape from the accident. I hope the injured are ok, I will pray for them."

Experienced a life and death situation in just 60 seconds, Sonija was fortunate she escaped from calamity. She kept saying she was lucky and immediately notified her husband that she was fine. However, the post was deleted not long after. Steven Ma was extremely happy that Sonija was fine and asked about her safety on Weibo.

According to the investigation, the accident happened around 2:50pm at a studio in Shanghai. The series (民國恩仇錄) was in the middle of shooting when suddenly a beam on the set collapsed injuring over 20 people, 4 were critically injured. The majority of the injured were Extras. It was said that approximately 150 people were on the set. A Mainland reporter interviewed one of the injured female actresses at the hospital. She revealed some were in their costumes, some were very young girls and approximately 100 people were on the second floor. Suddenly the wooden panel on the second floor caved in and everyone started running, so the floor was bearing a lot of weight. Then the beam collapsed at that time.

Best Actress Deanie Ip Tak Han

The fresh out of the oven Best Actress Deanie Ip Tak Han two nights ago celebrated with A SIMPLE LIFE (TOH JEH) team. As the international Best Actress, she said that her life changed a little but she has not have too many celebrations. Did she get a raise? She humorously said, "That would depend on whether I have to strip."

The film A SIMPLE LIFE earlier won many awards at the Venice Film Festival and even made Ip Tak Han the first Hong Kong actress to win the Venice Best Actress. To celebration the film's good performance, two nights ago the team including director Ann Hui On Wa, Ip Tak Han, Andy Lau Tak Wa, Helena Law Lan, Paul Chun Pui and Kung Suet Fa attended the celebration. Responsible for editing, Shi Nansun said that every time she watched A SIMPLE LIFE she would be moved to tears. Later when they posed with the four awards for photos, Hui On Wa accidentally dropped one.

Although she has already become an international Best Actress, Ip Tak Han has not met with any friend for dinner to celebrate yet. She only had instant noodle at home to reward herself. Her family praised her with "good job" and "well done". As for Wa Jai stating that he would not give her any gift, she agreed, "No need! I don't have to be greedy, he already gave me a great opportunity." For now no one has approached her about a movie. Did she get a raise? She said, "Few movies would be about seniors, I would worry about it when someone asks. Let's see if I have to strip." She also said that the award changed her life a little because lately the paparazzi often followed her. Yet she was not bothered. She only thought that they were flying over roofs and climbing over walls like lizards. If she was their mother her heart would ache very much.

In addition, A SIMPLE LIFE will be released next year. However in order to compete for the Golden Horse Award and the Hong Kong Film Award it will have advanced screening. Wa Jai said that he was not
certain of the operation. Was he confident about winning Best Actor? He stated that he did not dare to say. He was rumored to ask Maggie Cheung Man Yuk, Cherie Chung Chor Hung and Rosamund Kwan Chi Lam to work on a film, Wa Jai said, "I was rumored to ask Kwan Chi Lam to play Sister Peach too. Actually of course I hope this group of backbone to make movies in front of our eyes again, but for now I haven't contacted them about movies. I only approached them about the concert. (Was it because their salaries were too much?) The market decides the salary, as long as the market can withstand it then it is fine." Would he enjoy this film with his family. He immediately said that he would not respond to family matter.

Super Kelly new album

In 2005, local singer Kelly Poon emerged as the female finalist on ChU's singing competition Project Superstar. After she was signed onto a recording company, the singer successfully released three albums in Taiwan.

After three years of absence from the music scene, Kelly is starting anew with a new recording company and a new EP titled Super Kelly.

During her interview with xinmsn, Kelly -- who recently returned to Singapore to promote her new EP - admitted that the inspiration for this new album came from her life experience, including a relationship where she dated a guy who was two-timing her.

The singer revealed that in the three years, in which she dated her ex-boyfriend, there would constantly be third-party involvements. While Kelly chose to tolerate his actions initially, she finally could not take it anymore, and ended the relationship.

"Till this day, I can't treat him like a total stranger. He's still a friend to me, and I'll give him my blessings. I hope that he's doing well," Kelly commented on her ex.

We wondered if it was difficult for Kelly to survive during the years when she was not working. However, the 28-year-old let on that she still had income, which mostly came from commercial performances.

News : "Lives of Omission"

Michael Tse's role as Laughing Gor in Lives of Omission has been a big hit, had high ratings and received TVB's special treatment by hosting a celebration event. On the contrary, Steven Ma's The Life and Times of a Sentinel also had high ratings on the finale, but was not treated the same way. Steven wrote on Weibo expressing his feelings that TVB plays favoritism. When Michael learned that Steven had this reaction, he said "If he really thinks this way, then his thoughts are not mature enough. It's like a child blaming parents for not buying toys for them to play with. For a series to be popular, it depends entirely on the numbers and audience response, it does not rely on self-bragging."

As for Steven, yesterday he took part in Eileen Cha's radio interview. When speaking of the rumors that he is planning to terminate his contract with TVB early, he said: "There are some things I'm still discussing with the company and it is not convenient for me to say too much now." He said he is the 'mother's boy' in TVB and has never thought of leaving the company. He also denied that he's on bad terms with TVB executive Virgina Lok.

Yesterday Virgina reveals she has not receive Steven's request for early contract termination. Regarding the incident that Steven felt displeased by someone turning down his new series Legend of Yuan Empire Founder, Virgina expressed it was because of issues in the contract conditions and the group of executives couldn't accept either. Later, the issue was settled with investor Tsui Siu Ming and eventually the plans for that series ended. Virgina frankly said she knew long before Steven had a knot in his heart, but she already made efforts to comfort him and hope to resolve his issue. Another TVB executive, Tsang Sing Ming, explained that Lives of Omission is the highest rated series so far this year and the film version had to be promoted, so more activities were planned for the series.

Many fans flew in from different parts of China to attend the concert. One female office worker flew three hours from the Sichuan province. As a fan of SMAP for the past 12 years, she said she studied Japanese because of them. There were many fans who were able to speak Japanese at the concert. Another fan took a five hour flight from Qingdao in the Shandong province to attend. As a high school student herself, she came with her mom because they're both avid SMAP fans. Lunar New Year film EIGHTH HAPPINESS 2012

Kelly Chen Wai Lam, Janice Man Wing Shan, Rose Chan Ka Wun and others two nights ago attended a fashion show at Central. Kelly said that at the end of October she will officially begin work on the Lunar New Year film EIGHTH HAPPINESS 2012 (BAK SING PO HEI).

Her last non guest starring role was already two to three years ago. This time she even took the full salary. Speaking of her pocketing 10 million for 10 days of work, Kelly said that her salary was not too high but was a satisfactory figure. Was conditions attracted her? Kelly said that not going overseas and the modern setting, in addition the comedy could be completed in a light atmosphere. Would she bring Shrimp Dumpling Kid to the set or let him guest star like Cecilia Cheung Pak Chi?

Kelly said, "I have to check out the location, I wouldn't resist it. Shrimp Dumpling Kid doesn't know how to talk yet and my husband is more low key. I really have to ask him. However no one asks anyway!" What would happen if she got pregnant along the way? Kelly said that she would still keep going.

News : " Men with No Shadows "

Raymond Lam, Bobby Au Yeung and Tavia Yeung's Men with No Shadows will be replacing Lives of Omission's time slot on Monday. This year Raymond will have to rely on this one chance to defeat Laughing Sir (Michael Tse) in the race for the TV King title. This year Raymond has two series broadcast. My Sister of Eternal Flower only had average public response and the 'Mavis Pan Scandal' really obstructed his spirit. In Men with No Shadows, Raymond plays an unpredictable devil and will often be the 'King of Chok' generating electricity with his 'Red Eyes'.

Men's producer (Poon Ka Tak) strongly supports Raymond. He praises Raymond absolutely has the power to take the TV King title. He said: "Raymond's performance this time greatly differs from his roles in the past. The style is different from the usual him and also he has tremendous changes. He is very mysterious and unpredictable. Raymond really has the talent for performing and has great capabilities to express the characters. Of course there are many good actors in Men too, if it wasn't for Bobby Au Yeung's 'good person' role, it would be hard to convince audience. Tavia Yeung gets stuck in between Raymond and Bobby, really had that subtle chemistry."

Introducing Men with No Shadows, Producer Poon describes the series as suspense: "This is another type of drama, can be considered a fable story. I want to warn viewers that this series is not written based on a true story in society, there is suspense, illusions and while we were producing the series, we had powerful imaginations. So, when you are enjoying the series, do not think about real life, put yourself into the story. If you feel Raymond is a ghost, then he's a ghost. If you feel he's human, then he's human. Just a small spoiler, the series will have an unexpected ending."

Producer Poon described how Men is revolved around the word 'Trial'. In other people's eyes, he is a 100% good person that goes through trials, but actually good people have their weaknesses. You think Devils are frightening? In fact, the Devil in the heart is even harder to resist! Much of what draws people into doing something bad basically comes from the nature of that person. The saying "Cherish the people you have at present", just how many people really know how to cherish?

Deanie Ip win the Venice Film Festival Best Actress award

The 63 year old Deanie Ip Tak Han became the first Hong Kong actress to win the Venice Film Festival Best Actress award. Director Ann Hui On Wa also thus decided to change her mind about retirement. Sister Deanie was also the second Chinese to receive this award, as 19 years ago (1992) Gong Li with THE STORY OF QIU JU won the Venice Best Actress.

Sister Deanie was very calm when she accepted the award. She was prepared as she invited a handsome Italian to teach her Italian for her thank you speech. The sponsored jewelry that Sister Deanie wore to the event had security to protect her, thus she had a free Italian instructor on hand. In comparison, A SIMPLE LIFE (TOH JEH) director Hui On Wa was even more excited than Sister Deanie. When she learned the event read Sister Deanie's name, she screamed in joy and cheered for her. Hui On Wa said, "I am happy for whoever wins, I also treat it like I won myself."

Hui On Wa once made a promise to herself that if A SIMPLE LIFE won an award in Venice, no matter what award she would retire. However after the ceremony two nights ago, Hui On Wa changed her mind about retirement because she could make many more movies. Thus she was both excited and conflicted.

Andy Lau Tak Wa was A SIMPLE LIFE's investor and lead actor. He deserved some credit. Even his 50th birthday wish was made for A SIMPLE LIFE in hopes of the film winning awards. Although Wa Jai did not attend the presentation, he congratulated Sister Deanie right away. Wa Jai said, "I am happy for Sister Deanie and the director, I also have to compliment the jury. This year many famous international big directors competed with their work, A SIMPLE LIFE still caught attention among strong competition. Sister Deanie's excellent acting stood out and won her Best Actress, the jury truly has a good eye." When Wa Jai celebrated his 50th birthday in Venice in advance he made three wishes, the first was for Sister Deanie to win Best Actress. He said, "The wish came true!"

News : TVB series LIVES OF OMISSION

Rising in popularity with the TVB series LIVES OF OMISSION (CHIM HUNG JUI GIK), Michael Tse Tin Wa yesterday attended an event and met over 100 fans. The finale was aired earlier but viewers generally thought the ending was less than perfect. Tin Wa said, "Such an arrangement was made to leave everyone with a deep impression. Life is imperfect, this way it is realistic."

Tin Wa admitted that the ending was setting up the film version. Tse Tin Wa said, "Who was the person who walked past the last shot in the story, I don't know. The film version will start production at the end of September. The female lead has been rumored to be a new comer.
I don't know who she would be either." Would Fala Chen appear in the new film? Tin Wa said, "I won't eliminate this possibility."

"Men with No Shadows" promotional event

Bobby Au Yeung, Tavia Yeung, Raymond Lam, and Mandy Wong attended the Men with No Shadows promotional event in Kowloon Bay. The cast were dressed with black capes and devil ears to play games with fans. During the time, Bobby unzipped the zipper near Tavia's chest, frightening her so much she jumped and screamed. She said if it gets pulled down then her life is over! She later teased Bobby that it would be his responsibility, he would have to take her in as his mistress and give her his house. Later Bobby joked: "I'll give you anything!" He also said he touched Tavia's chest before, but that was just for the shooting of Dicey Business.

As the series is broadcasting through the Mid-Autumn Festival, Bobby said TVB usually makes him "fight a hard battle", but he wins every time. He frankly said he's going to stay in HK for promotions, but will be leaving HK next month for work. Tavia said she, Mandy Wong, the makeup artist and other female colleagues prayed to the moon together during Mid-Autumn Festival. They asked about their fates with marriage and with people towards the moon. Tavia said: "I don't really know about this, not sure if it's lucky or not. (Are you desperate to be in a relationship?) Since I entered the industry, I already started wishing for it, any girl would. (Did you tell the moon to give you the TV Queen award too?) The moon shouldn't be responsible for these things!"

Also, Tavia attended another event with Yumiko Cheng and Vincy Chan. Recent rumors say that Fala Chen is currently heavily promoted and supported by Stephen Chan to get the TV Queen title. Although Tavia expressed she and Fala are good friends that mutually support each other, but she said she had 4 series herself this year and has the opportunity to stand out. It was said that her 4 series might just split up all the votes and it's not beneficial to her, Tava expressed Charmaine Sheh depended on two different series to win two different awards.

As for Raymond, he had dinner with all of his relatives over Mid-Autumn Festival. Asked if he booked tables to celebrate his success for the TV King award? He said: "I hope more people will watch this series. If people call me Devil, then that be good." Later, he will be heading back to Beijing to continue shooting for a film, and hopes to be back to HK in November to attend the awards ceremony.

Charlene Choi's at an international film festival

Charlene Choi's first time walking the red carpet at an international film festival was unexpectedly met with many foreign media "taking a fancy" of her, calling out her English name left and right, making her pleasantly surprised. And with the applause after the movie premiere resonating for over 5 minutes, it is no wonder that Ah Sa was touched to the point that tears formed in her eyes. As well, Deanie Ip even specially made an appearance to show her support.

At the last minute, Ah Sa gave up going to Sham Shui Po (in Hong Kong) to purchase a tailor-made gown, and instead wore a brand name black gown with a gold train to officially step foot on the Venice Film Festival red carpet with partner Eva Huang, showing their beauty. Jet Li, who has not attended an international film festival for 10 years, made the exception to make an appearance this time, and even obliged to every fan's request.

Wu Chun, Han Geng and Barbie Hsu (Tsui Hei Woon) starred action film MY KINGDOM (DAI MO SUN) will soon be released. In the film they played a pair of brothers. Earlier they were even interviewed together and talked about the joys and the pains of the production.

As soon as Wu Chun spoke he said it was very tough because he had to fight in every scene. In many scenes he even had to use weapons to fight. Han Geng chimed in and said that fighting in costume in particular was very uneasy. Which one of them was a better fighter? They looked at each other and laughed. Han Geng mischievously said, "Both can fight, in the film." Did they suffer any injury? Wu Chun pointed out that minor injuries were definite, but none that hindered the production progress. Han Geng also revealed that in one scene Wu Chun bruised his mouth. Only then did Wu Chun remember and praised Han Geng's professionalism because after treating the wound he insisted on working.

Although they had emotional scenes with Big S, they did not have any rumor. Instead Wu Chun and Han Geng to be "broke back" online in the Mainland, claiming that they hid in a room to cultivate their feelings.
Han Geng explained that before the shoot they went to a restaurant and booked a private room to dine and chat in order to understand each other, it was not living together in a room as rumored. Wu Chun also clarified that although they stayed at the same hotel, they did not share a room. However after working together they became good friends. This time was Han Geng's first film. He even received Big S's final kiss before her wedding. He said, "Big S is quite a professional. She didn't mind any problem like that. The wedding didn't affect her." He also said that if the character and the script called for it he would work on another kiss scene. Wu Chun said that because he had to keep his mind on the martial art action as well as the Beijing Opera make up, and the high demands of the director, he could only do his best to coordinate with action director Sammo Hung Kam Bo.

New film GO GUI OI CHING (HIGH LIFT LOVE)

Elanna Kong Yeuk Lam in the Herman Yau Lai To directed new film GO GUI OI CHING (HIGH LIFT LOVE) played a weightlifter. In order to coordinate with the weightlifting athlete image, Elanne gained weight and everyday practiced weightlifting for three hours. For the ideal result, even after the shoot she did not dare to rest at home as she continued to keep eating and doing push ups.

In one scene Elanne participated in a weightlifting contest and needed to truly lift up 30 kilogram weights. Before the shoot the director asked her many times whether she was confident that she would succeed. She said, "All the tough training is for this scene to be realistically made, in addition during practice I was able to lift it successfully." Yet during the official shoot, when she lifted up the weight her arms had no strength to support it, her hands loosen and the weight dropped on her back, putting her entire body on the ground.

After the fact she was still frightened. "When I fell on the floor I screamed. The director and the crew were very nervous. Everyone ran over but didn't dare to move me. The director immediately called for an ambulance but I felt I could still move. So I told them to let me rest for a while before deciding." However the director was still worried and decided to halt production, demanding her to go to the hospital to be examined. Luckily she only injured her muscles and not her spine.

Thus Elanne quickly put on bandage, took some pain medication and returned to the set to continue the shoot. She believed that this was the most painful film production experience in her career.

Wu Chun latest idol drama "Sunny Girl"

Over the weekend, actor Wu Chun was in Singapore to promote his latest idol drama Sunny Girl, which is currently airing on ChU, and movie My Kingdom.

Wu Chun lived up to his reputation of having a polite demeanour during his interview with xinmsn with occasional laughs and a farewell wave when it was time to go.

In short, Wu Chun was in no way similar to the arrogant wealthy second-generation character he plays in Sunny Girl. Taiwanese actress Rainie Yang stars opposite him in this series and plays the servant girl, whom he "tortured" initially but later falls in love with.

He was worried initially that the actress would be cold and difficult to work with, but his fears were left unfounded. Commenting on his first collaboration with Rainie, Wu Chun expressed that she is very bubbly and easy to get along with.

Wu Chun also gave his "first time" to Rainie, that is, the actor was slapped on the face for the first time in his life.

When xinmsn commented that he should be used to the pain, since he filmed a number of fighting scenes, Wu Chun exclaimed, "That's different! It hurts more to be slapped!"

Eric Tsang and Chin Ka Lok hosted the segment with guests including Anthony Wong, Michael Miu, Felix Wong and Hacken Lee. The group joked "If I was Andy Lau", Hacken said Andy loves to shop, so if like to sing, buy a record studio; like films, then start a film production company; if like TV series, then buy a whole TV station. Then we will all be happy and have more things to watch.

When it was Anthony's turn, he joked and said if he was Andy Lau, he would buy a day in Causeway Bay and just go on a date with his wife. The passerby would all be his fans, they can see their idol, so Andy does not need to worry. Fans immediately started screaming when they heard the suggestion and applaud. Anthony continued making witty remarks and said that fans often call Andy 'Leader' (Lo Dai), but in fact Andy should be the President of 'Andy Lau Republic', fans are the citizens. Eric laughed and said Andy is a president, then they are his secretaries.

Wu Chun and Han Geng played games with fans and picked up spears to compete intense. However, with their chemistry they of course thought it was no big deal. They later also posed with spears. Wu Chun jokingly played Sun Wukong and looked convincing.

In addition, suspected Wu Chun nude photos were found online. Wu Chun was very surprised and said that he never saw them or posed for them. He asked whether they were just film stills? Reporters explained that someone probably doctored the photos. Wu Chun jokingly asked whether the person in the photo had a good figure. He even said that actually he would not pose nude. Earlier Mike Ho (Hor Kwun Cheung) had nude photos in his picture book. Wu Chun also had a fit physique but he said that he would not make a picture book. Even if he showed he would in a movie. Wu Chun asked Han Geng whether he would (make a picture book)? Han Geng said that he would not because his figure was not good.

Would Wu Chun bare all like Tony Leung Chiu Wai in LUST, CAUTION (SIK, GAI)? Wu Chun said, "It would depend on the movie and the level, I haven't thought about this now. Each actor at different level ould have different mentality, like new actors would want to make more movies, but later they would want to accept greater challenges." He felt that he could accept the soldier scene in BRAVEHEART because it was not dirty. Han Geng also agreed that it would depend on the character and the movie.

JSG Selections Round 2 2011

Yesterday Raymond Lam, Joey Yung, Ella Koon and many more singers took part in the JSG Selections Round 2 2011 recording. Surrounded by rumors, Raymond was recently said to be pursing a Hong Kong girl and met flight attendant Sally through a friend gathering.

Towards the rumors that he's pursing flight attendant Sally? Raymond helplessly said: "It's interesting that just having dinner and karaoke with friends can turn into news! Perhaps whenever I have a friend of the opposite sex appear with me, then there is just more room for stories to develop. I will not reduce friend gatherings with the opposite sex, just normal socializing. Friends are either male or female, even if I just invite a male friend out, they can still bring female friends along with them." Asked if the rumor frightened his female friend? He said: "More like frightened me! This time, it really is just a friend gathering."

Will he consider finding an official girlfriend and cut off all those rumors? Raymond said helplessly: "Even if I do have a girlfriend, people will still write about me. If the rumors keep going like this, then my circle of friends will only get smaller."

Big Bang‘s G-Dragon is set to return with his solo on October.

Next month, G-Dragon is scheduled to reveal his mini album and start his solo activities on October for the first time in a year and a half.

A YG Entertainment representative stated, “Because we are still writing songs for his album, we haven’t decided on his title song. When we are done, we will decide on the album concept.”

News : Lives of Omission "潛行狙擊"

Bosco and Kate’s passionate scenes have become the hot topic among netizens. This was thanks to Lives of Omission Producer, Chong Wai Kin (莊偉健). Bosco noted, “Prior to filming, Mr. Chong said he had good things in stall for me. There will be numerous kissing scenes. It was his intention to contrast Kate and my relationship with Laughing Gor and Madam Jo’s (Fala Chen’s 陳法拉) relationship. I used a destructive approach; the more I loved Kate’s character, the more I hated her. I asked Mr. Chong whether he would mind if I acted as a lion biting a lioness? Since Cripple Co entered the triad world to finance Kate’s education, he received his first major shortcoming in life. He loved and hated her very much; it was an atypical love.”

Acting in such a bold manner, of course Bosco had to communicate with Kate first. He recalled, “We kissed on the first day of filming. I told Kate Tsui that she had to be mentally prepared. In the first eight to ten episodes, I will act as a lion biting a lioness: pulling her hair, as well as biting her shoulders, neck, and lips. Kate looked at me and said, ‘I am unafraid of how you will treat me. I am just afraid of your mustache!’ It turned out that the two qualities she hated the most in men, smoking and possessing a mustache, were found in Cripple Co.”

Despite their passionate performance in Lives of Omission, Bosco swore that they did not share any real flames, “I saw her as a man!” When pointed out that Kate Tsui was a goddess among netizens, Bosco chuckled continuously, “Despite putting her beautiful appearance before the audience, her attire when she arrives to work makes you wonder whether she is a guy! I am more pretty than her! When I leave home, I will try to match my outfits. She will wear torn jeans and a haphazard t-shirt. When driving to outdoor filming locations, Kate’s car conditions surprised me. The inside of her car is very messy, with cables and clothes thrown everywhere! It does not resemble the interior of a woman’s car! I am one hundred times neater than her! Kate gave me the impression that she is very messy. When I saw the inside of her car, I can imagine how her home must look like!” Asked how Bosco filmed his love scenes if he did not love Kate, he said, “I know her well, but there is no love. If I were to ‘fall in love’ [with co-stars] in each series, then I would be very busy!”

Cripple Co’s love scenes were a strong selling point in Lives of Omission. Another selling point was his battle with Laughing Gor. Although Cripple Co was Laughing Gor’s informer initally, he helped mafia boss, Willie (Leung Kin Ping 梁健平) pin down Spicy Ginger (Ben Wong 黃智賢), while in fact secretly helping Spicy Ginger to destroy Willie. In other words, Cripple Co’s character triple-crossed his “allies” and the audience was concerned about his true identity. Was he in fact an undercover agent?

News : Lives of Omission "潛行狙擊"

A chain-smoking lame-legged gangster living in the dregs of society continued to live and waited for revenge opportunities. His love-hate relationship with Kate Tsui (徐子珊) prompted him to demand repayment of financial debts with her body forever. Trapped in three layers of the worst hell and walking between the black and white of society was “Cripple Co,” portrayed by Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) in Lives of Omission <潛行狙擊>.

Cripple Co’s stand-out characterization did not allow Michael Tse (謝天華) to shine alone. Abandoning his handsome exterior, Bosco kissed Kate Tsui forcibly throughout Lives of Omission. In fact, Bosco appeared to resemble a hungry lion seeking pleasure: biting you, eating you, and destroying you. Watching the show at home, Bosco’s girlfriend, Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) did not grumble as working in the entertainment industry required trust. Moreover, her boyfriend knew what to do by establishing a “Two People Protection Unit” to guard the Garden of Eden. Aside from goddess, Kate Tsui, Bosco also drew the line with big-eyed, sharp-faced, and large-busted mainland women by stating, ”I don’t like this type!” Whether it was real or not, it was most critical that Myolie Wu listened!

Popular TVB series, Lives of Omission, will be entering its finale this week. Undercover Criminal Investigation Bureau police officer, Laughing Gor (portrayed by Michael Tse) will be facing Cripple Co (Bosco Wong) in a battle of wits. In fact, Cripple Co was a very refreshing and well-fleshed character for Bosco to portray. Cripple Co entered the mafia since his family fell on difficult financial times. Cripple Co’s leg was crippled by a mafia boss and suffered humiliation, even forced to lick another’s shoe sole. Cripple Co’s encounters were worse than the dregs of society. Deeply in love with lawyer, Kate Tsui, Cripple Co committed questionable actions in order to pay for her overseas education. Since Kate’s character betrayed Cripple Co, this sparked his love-hate feelings. Each time Cripple Co encountered Kate’s character, he kissed her forcibly, similar to a hungry tiger bashing a rabbit, which sparked the excited yelps of
netizens.

New drama "What Lies in Marriage & Separation"

Hong Kong actress Joyce Tang Lai Ming is making heads turn lately. Thanks to a series of sexy breast enhancement ads, fans are now looking at the actress in a different light.

Known for her tomboy image to many, the 35-year-old underwent three months of breast enhancement treatments, courtesy of a breast enhancement salon of which she is the ambassador.

"Everyone always thought of me as a tomboy, but I have a more womanly figure now. The audience can have a change of viewpoint in me knowing that I am feminine too," said Tang.

Now, the starlet is flaunting her increased cup size – from a 32A to a 33C – for the cameras.

During a commercial shoot, the celebrity was initially worried that she might accidentally expose herself while performing stunts on a trampoline clad in a sexy black bra and tight pants.

"It was an unduly worry as there wasn't even a single slip-up. I felt extremely confident when doing any movements!"

Tang revealed that there are perks to the enhancement, literally.

For one, she's ditching the extra padding or tapes to help create the illusion of a bigger cup size for her sexier roles.

Tang said although she hit puberty earlier than her peers, her figure hasn't changed much since. While she did not envy her more "well-developed" classmates when she was younger, it affected her confidence as she got older.

The TVB actress will begin shooting a new drama "What Lies in Marriage & Separation" come October alongside Eddie Cheung and Kiki Sheung.

On her love life, the actress is reportedly dating a 40-year-old man outside of showbiz.

She'd had uneventful love relationships in the past with fellow Hong Kong actor Marco Ngai and Derek Kwok Ching Hung. Both men married and became fathers recently.

Carina Lau and Tony Lenug has married ?

Rumours of a marriage meltdown between Carina Lau and Tony Lenug surfaced recently after Carina's futile attempts to conceive a child for her husband. To add on to that, their differences in personalities have caused netizens to speculate that their divorce proceedings are currently underway.

Although Carina has denied the divorce rumour, she hinted at their marital problems and said, "Actually I have problems like everyone else; the most important thing to do is to find a way to resolve the problems."

According to Hong Kong media reports, the couple was said to have secretly tied the knot in Vancouver, Canada back in 1992. Only family members and close friends of the duo were invited to this private function. The couple also managed to protect news of their secret marriage under very strict local privacy regulations.

It was reported that Carina's numerologist previously predicted that she has very strong "peach blossom luck" (referring to an individual experiencing extreme popularity and luck in love matters) in life and will attract many suitors. According to the numerologist, she is also destined to experience two marriages in her life.

Coincidentally, after their secret marriage in 1992 and before they tied the knot in Bhutan in 2008, the pair was frequently rumoured to have gone their separate ways. Speculations were rife about Carina's relationships with other men, and Tony's alleged "affair" with Maggie Cheung.

In order to break free from her fate, the couple, who dated for over 19 years, tied the knot once again in Bhutan to fulfill the so-called prophecy in 2008.

After Carina officially became "Mrs. Leung", she has been out and about seeking for various methods to conceive. The couple has yet to succeed on their attempts to try for a child.

JSG Selections Round 2 2011

Joey Yung has successfully lost weight and was dressed in a sexy tight new outfit to attend the JSG Selections Round 2 2011 recording along with Leo Ku, Ella Koon, Sherman Chung, Chilam Cheung, Edmond Leung, Tat Tik and many more.

That night, Mimi Lo and newcomer from 'The Voice 2' Penny Chan served as the MC. First time hosting a large-scale event, Penny was clearly nervous and often NGed. Joey, who was standing in the row behind him, did not mind to help him out as she puts her hand on his shoulder from behind and patted his chest to calm him down. Penny was embarrassed, while Leo Ku standing besides him patted his shoulder to express his support.

As for publicly hugging a guy, Joey quickly clarified. She laughed: "I was just giving him a heart-calming pill! Sexual harassment didn't come to mind. (You were so passionate, maybe he'll get even more frightened?) I just purely, out of a kind heart, patted his chest."

Also, Ella Koon tried to cover her wounded arm and deliberately put on gloves. She expressed she had her stitches removed yesterday already. Being injured for a week, Ella said she had to do everything with one hand, just like a martial artist 'Yang Guo'. Ella was asked if her boyfriend helped her shower? She said: "Of course not, I don't need his help, very awkward. He does help me by supporting my arm and feeding me."

Vancouver International Film Festival

Big Blue Lake, the movie that Leila Tong took on after her marriage, was invited to attend the Vancouver International Film Festival end of next month. Leila will be attending the function with the film's director Tsang Tsui Shan. When talking about this performance, Leila felt that this character is very 'lady-like' and it helped her to gain a more mature and fresher feel. She has alot of scenes together with Lawrence Chou in the movie and her character is one that faced alot of failures in life and had to return to Hong Kong to find her roots in order to rebuild her life.
