ANGEL LOCSIN, one of the hottest celebrities in the Philippines, was given two awards at the recently concluded 2008 Asian Star Awards held last October 4, 2008. She was hailed as this year's "Most Outstanding Actress" and the "Most Outstanding Commercial Model" by the international award giving body.
