HTML - Tables

Tables make excellent containers for tabular data. Or, to state it more simply, tables are great for any information best shown in columns and rows. So how about if we use below to explain the basic table tags.

Virtually any type of content can be placed inside of table cells – images, text, lists, and so on. By default, tables have certain spacing in and around cells, as well as interior and exterior borders. All of these characteristics can be customized with CSS. Below shows a pretty basic table in a web page.
