Buzztouch provides a web service that allows individuals to create iPhone and Android apps. Apps in Buzztouch use predefined plugins that represent different screens or menus in your app. The Buzztouch website includes a Buzztouch U section that contains lessons to help people use their system.
Buzztouch is free to try, but the company does charge monthly fees if you make more than 3 apps or if your apps get more than 3,000 monthly views.
