The TapLynx website says: “TapLynx. Create an app from your website in minutes.” TapLynx does not provide a web service that allows you to create your app. Rather, they provide a template that you can use with Xcode. Then they provide you instructions for updating the template with your content.
TapLynx for the iPhone costs $299 and provides the structure that an app can be built upon.
