The Thin line: What the hell were they thinking.
What were they thinking patching on Turkey day in the US? Everquest 2 decided to patch on Thanksgiving (US), and well as all us gamers know. NEVER PATCH ON A HOLIDAY. But no, someone made the decision to do it and now look what you have. A really badly broken chat system. For those of you that have not logged in. Here is the gist of what is going on. Any of the chat system Guild, Group etc. you can't just hit enter and type. you need the /commands - /gu for Guild, /g for group and so on to have your chat work. So what does this tell us.. Don't patch on a holiday or a Friday when no one will be there to fix something. Come on guys you should know this by now, don't be so daft as to keep doing the same stupid things over and over again. Darren "Dai-Galean" Scott
