Hong Kong entertainer Michelle Reis plans to have her own baby, at least that's what the Hong Kong-based Three Weekly reports.
The entertainment magazine says Michelle Reis has already given up on the idea of looking for a surrogate mother, which she once thought to be a favoured option as she was afraid of gaining weight during pregnancy.
Rumor has it that Michelle Reis may already be pregnant as she has reportedly shown signs of pregnancy, and her husband, Julian Hui, was spotted shopping for snacks that are a pregnant woman's favorites, said the report.
The actress cut back on her work after she married Hong Kong business tycoon Julian Hui, 46, last November. But she is still active in promotional events and as a brand spokeswoman.
For Michelle Reis, deciding to have a child was a hard choice. She once publicly talked about her intentions to use a surrogate mother, who shall be kind and good-looking, during a publicity campaign in May.
The couple had a high-profile wedding ceremony at the Hui family mansion in Hong Kong last year, which cost more than HK$100 million. The 1988 Miss Hong Kong has never been far from the media that she doesn't intend to now.
