It was the second night of Sammi Cheng's Show Mi 2007 Concert two nights ago. Besides having Hins Cheung as her guest performer that night, Sammi also excitedly called up Gillian Chung, who had watched her concert for two nights already, up on-stage. Gillian expressed that she was teased for a whole day for not being able to shake Sammi's hand the first concert night; Sammi then pointed out that the media likes to pick on the two of them for being fat. She also spoke up for Gillian, saying that Gillian is just a tiny bit meatier than her!
Although it was raining hard outside last night, it did not weaken the support of artistes to go watch Sammi's Show Mi 2007 Concert. Artistes that went included Joey Yung, Gillian Chung, Charlene Choi, Isabella Leong, Vincy Chan, Denise Ho, LinXi, Fiona Sit, Vincent Kuk, Vangie Tang, and Yan Ng, etc. The HK coliseum was shining bright of 'stars'.
After the show started, Sammi caught sight that it is Gillian's second night of coming to watch her concert, thus she invited her on-stage. Once on-stage, Gillian immediately laughed and said, "The first night, I couldn't shake your hand, so I was laughed at for a whole day! Tonight, I have to get a chance!" Then, Sammi said, "Both of us are actually referred to as being fat, but look clearly now, you are just a little bit meatier than me!" Hearing that, Gillian burst out laughing. Afterwards, the two of them sang a song of Faye Wong's, 多得他, together. Although the song was picked at the last minute, and it contained long and hard to remember lyrics, neither of them made any mistakes of lyrics. It was an awesome performance.
