The Closing Concert

For the first time at the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix, The Closing Concert will be staged on September 23 to conclude the festivities on a high note. What better way to do it than to have worldwide phenomenon Justin Bieber take over Singapore's biggest outdoor stage at The Padang?
